Shipments to other countries than Norway will be sent TAX-FREE. Please refer to export price.

Postage from Norway to destination will be charged at rates from The Norwegian Post Office. Rates in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) are as follows:

Customers are responsible for any import taxes and duties in their own country. Please refer to your local custom's regulations for import of goods.

Insurance for shipments are included in shipping charges.

All goods will be inspected before shipping and sent in first class conditions. However, should anything happen to goods during transport, we will replace free of charge upon documentation. (Photos or returned merchandise).

Defects in sweaters will be changed free of charge. We pay postage by mail both ways.

If wrong size is ordered we will exchange for correct size. Customers pay postage.
